SceneMuse.ai
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2025-12-17
1. Information We Collect
We collect account details (name, email, authentication identifiers), workspace content (storyboards, uploads, prompts, metadata), usage telemetry, and payment/credit history. Uploaded media may contain EXIF or embedded data that we store as provided.
2. How We Use Information
Data powers authentication, credit management, content rendering, support, analytics, and to comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal data. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used to improve SceneMuse.ai.
3. Storage & Retention
Storyboards and assets reside in SceneMuse.ai infrastructure (including Supabase storage buckets) inside the regions you select where available. Credits expire 24 months after purchase or grant. We retain profile and billing records at least as long as your account stays active or as required by law.
4. Sharing & Transfers
We share data only with subprocessors essential to the service (cloud hosting, authentication, payment, analytics). Each subprocessor is bound by contractual confidentiality. We comply with lawful requests but push back on overly broad demands.
5. Security
We employ encryption in transit, role-based access, audit logging, and least-privilege administration. Despite these controls, no system is impenetrable; you are responsible for keeping credentials secret and using supported browsers/devices.
6. Your Choices
You can download or delete storyboard assets, update account info, and opt out of non-essential communications via settings or by contacting support@scenemuse.ai. Deleting an account removes accessible content except where retention is legally required.
7. International Users
By using SceneMuse.ai you consent to processing in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. If you transfer data from jurisdictions with data export controls, you warrant you have obtained necessary permissions.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to legal@scenemuse.ai. We review the policy at least annually; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
